Beckbridge Developments Ltd. was formed in 1993. All the company Directors are professionals qualified in the construction industry, who pride themselves on an individual approach to the design and specification of their developments.

MANAGING DIRECTOR: Clive Woods, BA (Hons) Dip Arch RIBA

Clive is a qualified Architect now running Beckbridge Developments Limited and, as Managing Director, is in charge of site acquisition, planning briefs and overall development strategy. He was educated at the Oxford School of Architecture, qualifying in 1980. His particular skills are in the planning and detailed design of sites and consideration of specifications.

Clive Woods is always interested in discussing developments with potential clients and assessing land capable of re-development. He is happy to visit sites and examine the planning possibilities of any land free of charge.

LAND MANAGER: Conal O'Hara

Conal is responsible for all aspects of site acquisition and negotiations.
